Mylan N.V announced that the company will host a health hackathon at its Global Center in Bengaluru on March 19-20, 2016. The event will focus on Better Health for a Better World. Participants in the hackathon will be creating innovative solutions for patients, payers, providers and other healthcare professionals. Mylan conducted a similar event last month at its Global Center near Pittsburgh.
Hackathon teams will build solutions to answer a variety of healthcare challenges, such as overcoming obstacles to HIV treatment in emerging markets, leveraging existing technology to increase Indians’ access to healthcare and accessing public data-sets and application programming interfaces to build insights about diseases.
