The company recently launched IntrCity Smartbus service on some popular routes starting from Delhi to Lucknow, Kanpur, Shimla, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar and Manali which became an instant hit. IntrCity SmartBus passengers can avail this facility up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure of their bus.
