Helpchat, the chat-based personal assistant app that helps you get more things done is receiving an overwhelming response this ‘Wedding Season’. Over 10,000 queries daily are being received regarding wedding planning and related areas. Of all the queries related to wedding, 32% queries are on wedding planners, 26% on venue options and 22% on pre-bridal packages.

About 47% of the request on Helpchat have come from Tier 1 geographies like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. More than 68% of the users belong to the age bracket of 25-35 years of age and almost 55% of them are female.
Besides venue and bridal packages queries, the other areas that witnessed queries from included Bridal Make-up artists, Catering and Decoration, Mehendi Artists, Places to get Bridal Jewellery on rent and others like Band Group, Ghodiwala, queries related to wedding outfits etc.
