<div style="text-align: justify;">To start with , I have missed blogging for two days due to various reasons and hence,getting into the groove again <img class="emoticon" src="http://wolverinex02.googlepages.com/icon_lol.gif" alt="lol" title="lol" height="15" width="15" /> Getting back to some serious stuff, how many times have you felt unsatisfied with your job or work but could not speak to your Manager or if you are a Manager,how many times have you tried to address the concerns of the employee? Having this two-way communication would help build a better team relationship between you and your peers&#8230;</p>
