Few months back during the process of reading the book “How Innovators Connect by Rohit Agarwal”, I came out with an article Failures , road to success , which showcased two Entrepreneurs – Gururaj Desh Deshpande of Sycamore and Umang Gupta of Keynote Systems.

Just came across an interesting(and motivating) podcast of Umang Gupta, where he speaks about his entrepreneurial journey(from Oracle,where he was the 17th employee to founding Gupta Technologies).He also touches upon some of the key aspects of his work-life balance, when things were not going his way as an Entrepreneur. Lots of learnings for any aspiring Entrepreneur !!!

Interesting thoughts by Yogen Dalal,who is the managing director at Mayfield Fund, in Silicon Valley.It is a very motivating podcast where Yogen goes on to refer “A Panwala as an Entrepreneur” and later on “Every Indian as an Entrepreneur“.He also shares his thoughts on some of the Key differences between Silicon Valley and India.

Must for every aspiring Entrepreneur This podcast made my day !!!

Neil Patel of ACS – A social media marketing company shared some of his helpful tips that has helped TechCrunch double it’s Technorati traffic(no of incoming links).He also touches upon some of his other blog clients – Guy Kawasaki and ProBlogger.

He has also touched upon the “Corporates V/S Bloggers” scene.As per the interview,his preference goes to Bloggers(as clients) , since he feels Bloggers are very easy to work with .They are very flexible. Companies are harder to deal with.When it comes to corporates,things move very slow since you have to follow the corporate guidelines.

Reporting live from PodWorks and tried my hands on blogging at around 3:30 PM and yes,I am tired after a small presentation on “Blogging tips for Blogging and Podcasting“.My team involved Vibhash and Sridhar and since,I don’t blog for money,I focussed on business side of blogging and guess the presentation turned out to be decent one

The presentation was made in around 20 minutes and the experience to speak in front of 150 people was quite amazing Enough of my bla..bla…the current presentation is by the Nautanki.tv CEO who speaks on “How to make money through blogging and podcasting“

AdBright,Google Ads are some of the things that he tried to stress upon.A pretty decent talk but rest of the sessions was on some of the basic fundas of Podcasting!!!

From Blogging to Wiki’s to Startups , a new season of unconference on “Podcasting” named Podworks would start from 9th June,2007 onwards(and the blast would last for 2 days). This makes me remind of my first unconference-BlogCamp in Chennai where, I was silent and was waiting to connect with like-minded people but now,for the very first time,I would be going with a big gang of like-minded people

Let’s pack our bags and rock the way to Podworks…and yes, since Ashwin cancelled his trip,I would try to take his position to get my hands-on to live blogging For guys like Vishal , Mahesh and Ashwin who have missed the train to Podworks…do not worry…we guys would be there to share the experiences in Podworks , so till than……

Blogging is becoming popular day by day and same is the case with bloggers.Though,Blogging cannot replace mass media,bloggers have gained media attention and respect as well.This made me curious to know the total no of blogs that exist,till date(without taking into account,the no of updates that happen in the blog) and google search for “No of Blogs in the world” indicates that there are over 60 million blogs existing,till date.

India,as you might have guessed,is not far and this is what Blog Herald reports about India:
